VARIO BREWING SYSTEM

The WACHSMANN® VBS is our latest type of brewhouse systems. It‘s specially designed for small industrial craft breweries demanding 30hl wort per brew or more, the highest in beer quality, a flexible possibility for future growth and an automation of the entire brewing process. Both infusion and decoction mashing procedures, are possible with the WACHSMANN® piping design.

  • 3 to 5 vessel WACHSMANN® brewhouse system for fast & flexible brewing, designed and equipped with mash-kettle, lautertun, pre- run vessel, wort kettle, whirlpool; according to customer‘s choice

  • All internal vessels, domes & piping made of stainless-steel

  • Automatic hop dosing station for up to 5 different hops.

  • Automatic lautering process system WACHSMANN® equipped with inductive flow meter and regulating valve for low trub, haze free crystal clear wort

  • False bottom stainless-steel, laser-cut

  • Pressureless glass-cover, stainless-steel, with borosilicate glass and engraved with customer logo

  • Frequency controlled lautertun raking machine

  • Frequency controlled pumps for wort and CIP

  • Remote controlled pneumatic product- and water valves

  • Effective vapour condensation with fan and heat-exchanger for water- and energy recovery

  • 2-Stage heat-exchanger for hot wort, entirely made of stainless-steel

  • Process automation with visualization system WACHSMANN® Operation with Siemens i-Touch TP2200 or PC/MAC and mouse

  • Preassembled, tested and placed into operation in Germany prior to shipment

VBS-30 (30 hl/brew):

  • with 3 vessels : annual maximum capacity = 22.500 hl

  • with 5 vessels : annual maximum capacity = 37.500 hl

 

VBS-40 (40 hl/brew):

  • with 3 vessels : annual maximum capacity = 30.000 hl

  • with 5 vessels : annual maximum capacity = 50.000 hl
